By accessing or using the services provided by MonarchHill Henderson Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services.
Services Provided
MonarchHill Henderson Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, walkways, and decorative concrete work. All services are subject to availability and will be provided in accordance with the specific contract or estimate agreed upon with the customer.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from those observed during the initial assessment. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit card. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your contract.
Scheduling and Delays
We make every effort to complete projects according to the agreed-upon schedule. However, concrete work is weather-dependent and may be delayed due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other environmental factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly and reschedule work as soon as conditions permit.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area, marking underground utilities, obtaining necessary permits where required, and providing accurate information about site conditions. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional costs.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service contract. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, ground settlement, or acts of nature. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the specified warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
MonarchHill Henderson Concrete will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover materials ordered and scheduling costs. Specific cancellation terms will be detailed in your service contract.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Henderson County, Kentucky.
